We all know flying can be criminally expensive these days. What with the economy being in poor shape, gasoline costs on the rise, and airlines cutting back on the total number of their flights, just getting a seat on the back of the plane can cost you an entire paycheck. As with most aspects of life these days, we’re all trying to cut back on our expenses while still living comfortably and enjoying things as much as we can. And part of enjoying life means going places, places we often have to fly to.
So how does one even afford buying a plane ticket nowadays? Aren’t they all going to be deathly expensive no matter what? In fact, no, you can actually find good deals on one of the many cheap airfare sites that are there today to get you the best deal possible. In fact, you can get some plane tickets for less than half of their original market price, depending on when and where you buy. And who doesn’t want to save a buck or two?
How is this even possible, you say? Cheap airfare sites like Priceline.com, CheapOAir.com, and Expedia.com all sell the tickets that the airlines can’t sell at reduced prices. All in all, the website gets a bit of money, the airline is no longer worried about selling their ticket, and you get to save some dough, now everybody’s satisfied!

Studenttravel.com (for students and teachers only!), and BookingBuddy.com (which is actually an aggregator of travel aggregators!).
So if you’re looking for an economic way to fly, don’t just go to Delta, or American Airlines, or US Airway’s website, try somecheap airfare sites like Expedia or Priceline. If you want an even better selection, or think that you may be able to find an even cheaper ticket, the travel aggregators are always a good choice. So whether you’re flying from New York to Boston or Los Angeles to Sydney, remember there’s always a cheaper ticket, you just have to know where to look!
